Breedlove AC25/CM Plus "Black Magic"

I bought this guitar new around 3 years ago (for about $1000), and have never played it all that much.  Outside of using it to record and for the occasional performance, it has spent most of its life hanging up on my wall.  It does have some minor, natural signs of use, but all things considered, it still looks quite immaculate.  There are some small scratch marks on the front (from a pick) and on the back (perhaps from a belt or something), but you can't really see them in either location without turning the guitar into the light.  In fact, it was difficult to even get a picture of them, they are so subtle.  Its never been dropped or abused in any other fashion. 

The thing plays like a dream and sounds incredible.  It has a Fishman Classic 4 pickup, with integrated tuner, volume, and EQ balance.  I will also include a hardshell case to ensure that it is safe in shipping.  The case is in pretty poor shape, but it will protect the guitar nonetheless.  I have taken very good care of this guitar and will miss it dearly.  Hoping that it finds a good home.  Below, I have listed the specs of this guitar, taken from musiciansfriend.com.  Feel free to ask me any further questions you have about this guitar.  Serious bidders only, please.  I accept paypal only.
