Breedlove Atlas Series -  Stage Black Magic D25/EM
Breedlove Black Magic D25 Acoustic-Electric Guitar.  I purchased this new from Elderly Instruments.  List price was $1,399.  I spent several hours at Elderly trying out different guitars in the $1,000-1,500 price range.  I was looking for a nice acoustic-electric guitar that played well that I could use on stage that looked and sounded good.  What I really fell in love with was the feel of the neck and the action on the guitar. The black finish and abalone accents was a bonus for a stage guitar, they really make this guitar look great.   The guitar sounds awesome plugged in as well.  The L.R. Baggs system is very easy to use, and has a built-in tuner, which is nice, as well as EQ, notch and phase controls.  The guitar has normal light playing scratches, not visible unless you look closely at the guitar, certainly nothing through the finish.  Comes with very stout original Breedlove case.  See pics below.
